Privacy & Confidentiality

What you share stays between us.

Plain language, no fine-print games. Here’s exactly what happens with anything you tell me.

This page explains, in ordinary words, how your information is handled at Back to True. It’s a plain-language summary written to be honest and clear — not a substitute for formal legal advice. If anything here is unclear, just ask before you share.

What I collect

Only what you choose to give me. When you fill out the Clarity Session questionnaire, that may include:

There are no ads, no third-party trackers, and no analytics watching you browse this site. Fonts and images are served directly from this site, so simply viewing these pages contacts no outside company.

How I use it

Your answers are used for one thing: to prepare for and follow up on your Clarity Session. They help me understand what you’re going through so we can go deep from the very first minute.

Shane reads every questionnaire personally. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Where it’s kept

The questionnaire is submitted through the website’s secure form and stored with the site’s hosting and form provider (Netlify) so that Shane can receive and read it. The site’s fonts and images are hosted here directly rather than pulled from third-party services.

Access to your submission is limited to Shane.

This is coaching — not medical records

The Clarity Session is private guidance and coaching. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment, and what you share is not a clinical or medical record. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or, in the US, call or text 988.

Your choices

Your information is yours. You can ask Shane to show you what you submitted, correct it, or delete it at any time — just reply to any message from him, or reach out through the same channel you used to apply. There’s no catch and no explanation needed.
