Everything people usually want to know before they reach out. If something isn’t here, you can simply ask it in the questionnaire.
No. The Clarity Session is private coaching and guidance — honest conversation, perspective, and practical direction. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or mental-health treatment.
If you’re in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, please reach out to someone who can be with you in it. In the US you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); anywhere, your local emergency number.
Three simple parts:
1. A short intake. Before we meet, you share a little about what you’re carrying, so we go deep from the very first minute.
2. A 75-minute private conversation over Zoom or phone. No scripts, no fake coach talk, no judgment — just honesty and real clarity.
3. A personalized recap + follow-up. Afterward you receive a personal reflection — what’s really going on beneath the surface, and the main pattern or blind spot underneath it — plus a check-in within 48 hours.
That’s completely okay — most people feel exactly that way. You don’t need to have it figured out or say it perfectly.
“Something feels off and I can’t explain why” is a real and valid place to start. We’ll find the words together.
Yes. What you share in the questionnaire and in the session stays between you and Shane. He reads every questionnaire himself.
The founding rate is $150 for the first 10 sessions (then $225). That includes the intake questionnaire, the 75-minute private 1:1 session, your personalized recap, and a 48-hour follow-up check-in.
Money should never keep someone stuck. For every 5 paid sessions booked, one sponsored session opens for someone who truly needs help but can’t afford it right now.
If that’s you, simply mention it in your questionnaire. No explanation needed. No judgment.
Whichever feels easier for you — you choose in the questionnaire. Both are private, 1:1, and exactly the same session.
Shane reads your questionnaire personally. If you’re a fit for this round, he’ll reach out to you directly to arrange a time. Either way, you’ll hear back — you’re not sending it into a void.
It’s not about being “fixed” or transformed overnight. Most people leave feeling seen, lighter, clearer, and with a real sense of the next move — genuinely, meaningfully better.
It’s a real step forward, not a magic cure. And the goal is that you leave more able to trust yourself, not more dependent on anyone.
You don’t have to be sure. If something in you is nudging you to reach out, that’s usually reason enough.
